While gathering materials for a project at a home improvement store, we inquired with an employee if we were on the right track. The young woman's response was "well, you 'could' do it that way...". Her tone of voice implied that there were other options to consider but didn't elaborate further. It has since become an inside joke at our house, and finally to the new title of our little family blog.
3D ultrasound pictures of the little guy (no, he's not really missing part of his face and arm in the second one). He's 32 weeks today. Moderate anemia started appearing a few weeks ago (as expected), but hasn't gone up since then (not quite as expected, but very good). Other than that, he seems to be doing great! Thank you for your prayers.
We said hello and goodbye to a second baby on August 20th. Alex made it to about 15 weeks before passing early on to be with the Lord. This baby will be just as dearly missed as his slightly older sibling.
